About the role

NZ Labour Hire Group is seeking experienced Construction Labourers to join our team in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. This is a full-time opportunity for skilled individuals who are passionate about the trades and services industry. As an Experienced Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects and helping to bring our clients' visions to life.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting on site with a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling/moving, and general labour duties
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure a productive and efficient work site
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues
• Collaborating with the construction team to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Construction Labourer with recent references
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Your own reliable transport
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and willing to do a random test as required
• If you have Site Safe this is advantageous; but we may also be able to assist with this.
