Construction Labourers

Like a job where you actually put in a hard day's work?
We’re looking for strong, reliable Labourers for physical work across Wellington. We need people who are comfortable getting their hands dirty, working outdoors and putting in a solid day on site.

The work varies. One assignment could have you helping on a construction site, another doing demolition, civil works, landscaping or heavy site clean-ups.

What You Could Be Doing

• Construction and hammer hand work, helping trades and moving materials.
• Demolition, site clearing and heavy clean-up work.
• Civil labouring including digging, groundwork and site preparation.
• Landscaping, moving materials and other physical outdoor work.
• Using hand and power tools and helping wherever needed to keep the site moving.

This is genuinely physical work. You'll need to be comfortable lifting, digging, carrying materials and being on your feet throughout the day.

Pay rates will depend on the assignment and your skills and experience.

What We're Looking For

• Fit, strong and comfortable with genuinely physical work.
• Previous construction, demolition, civil, landscaping or labouring experience.
• Confident using basic hand and power tools.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and ready to work.
• A driver licence and reliable transport are a big advantage.
