Key responsibilities include:

Perform a wide variety of commercial and residential construction and maintenance projects from start to finish alone or with a team. Seeking a qualified employee with experience in residential remodeling, bathroom remodeling, finish carpentry, deck building, staining and painting.

Ensure completion of projects on schedule and under budget.

Teach, lead and motivate a crew.

Customer service focus and customer communication.

Present a professional appearance.

Enforce and follow company policy and procedures.

Influence and lead crew members to achieve goals.

Develop jobsite workflow planning and efficiency planning for crew and subcontractors.

Lead regular safety meetings and planning meetings.

Execute company vision, mission and values.

Deliver a quality product.

Ensure a clean and organized job site.

Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of company equipment and tools.

Set goals and work continuously towards goals for growth and promotion.

Write project estimates.

Provide driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple job locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
