Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient crew management and supervision of daily activities.
• Oversee construction schedule coordination
• Review construction drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on site.
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards, implementing safety protocols across all phases.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction
• Proven track record in managing large-scale and small-scale construction projects and focus on safety and quality assurance.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction schedules accurately.
• Skilled in supervising teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear managerial communication.
• Deep understanding of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations for construction sites.
• Expertise in budgeting, project scheduling, cost control, and managing contracts effectively.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities such as blueprint reading, quality control checks, and safety audits using tools like ohmmeters or other testing equipment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews efficiently while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Pay: $24.72 - $29.77 per hour
