Construction Lead

We are looking for an individual with general construction experience to perform facility renovations .

Duties

• Prepare and setup of construction project, including preparing lists of materials and organizing tools
• Operate hand tools, and power tools, and other equipment safely to perform tasks such as framing, cutting, sheet rock, and finishing
• Light Electrical experience
• Plumbing experience
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years proven construction experience or background working on construction projects.
• Mechanical knowledge related to tools, equipment operation, and construction techniques.
• Experience with heavy lifting, equipment operation, carpentry, and renovation projects is advantageous
• Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and following instructions

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• construction: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Electrical or plumbing certification (Preferred)
