Construction Litigation Associate

LHH is assisting a highly regarded Philadelphia boutique law firm in its search for a Construction Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its expanding practice. This is an opportunity to join a firm that handles high-value matters, maintains strong billing rates, and places an emphasis on producing excellent work rather than a hitting a billable target.

Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs
• Managing discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Attending court hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
• Contract negotiation and drafting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Active PA bar admission (NJ preferred)
• JD from an accredited law school
• Commercial and/or construction litigation experience

The firm has no billable hour requirement and works a hybrid schedule. A competitive compensation package, including strong benefits, is offered.
