Construction Litigation Attorney (10+ years’ experience)

Brach Eichler LLC is seeking a senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney with 6-10+ years of experience in construction law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both private and public construction projects and litigation matters, including:

Delay claims

Change order claims

Termination claims

Lien and bond claims

Bid protests

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in both New Jersey and New York required.

6–10+ years of relevant experience in construction law, including contract review and negotiation.

State and federal court experience required.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong research, writing and analytical skills.

Trial experience and judicial clerkship experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $205,000+, with exact compensation determined based on individual qualifications. In addition, attorneys may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and an origination bonus.
