Construction Litigation Attorney - Dallas

Legacy Staffing Associates has partnered with a highly respected Law Firm that is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join its Dallas practice! This opportunity is ideal for an Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience who is interested in handling sophisticated Construction Disputes while working alongside an accomplished team of Attorneys.

The role focuses on representing Design Professionals, Contractors, Subcontractors, Developers, Property Owners, and other Construction industry clients in a broad range of complex disputes. The ideal candidate is a strong Litigator who is comfortable managing cases, developing litigation strategy, and taking an active role in matters from inception through resolution.

Position Highlights:

• Sophisticated Construction Litigation and Professional Liability Defense practice
• Represent Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Developers, and other construction industry clients
• Handle Construction Defect, Design Defect, Contracts, Delayed Payment, and other related disputes
• Exposure to Complex, High-Value Construction matters
• Litigation experience in State and Federal Courts, Mediations, and Arbitrations
• Client interaction and hands-on case responsibility

• Competitive compensation starting at $130,000+

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar Association
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Construction Litigation and/or Professional Liability Defense experience preferred
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with a litigation team
