Construction Management Associate (RTOU)

WORKING SCHEDULE: M-F (8:00 AM - 5:48 PM)

OFFICE LOCATION: Futura Homes- Palawan, East Bay and Central Luzon

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Project Based for 6 Months

JOB SUMMARY:

• Supervise repair, take-over, and renovation works to ensure completion within the required timeline and quality standards.
• Conduct unit inspections and prepare punch lists, scope of works, quantity take-offs, and budgetary cost estimates.
• Monitor daily site activities, including manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress, to ensure compliance with approved plans and company standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers and ensure repaired units are completed and ready for turnover.
• Validate contractor accomplishments and billings and prepare completion reports, work status updates, and other project documentation.
• Monitor material usage, housekeeping, and compliance with safety and company rules at the project site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in construction management, project management, or site supervision.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying, construction estimates, repair works, and construction supervision.
• Experience in contractor coordination, project monitoring, and preparation of accomplishment reports is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple site activities.
