About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently, on time delivery, within the budget and to the required quality standards. This role involves orchestrating all aspects of a construction management, from initial construction planning to final delivery, while ensuring that the objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or any related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of construction regulations and standards
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Project Management in construction
- Budgeting and Cost Control
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical Knowledge in Construction
