Construction Manager (Aviation)

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Operate within the Senior Construction Delivery Team, aligning with leadership direction and guiding wider teams.
• Drive business priorities across construction delivery, digital innovation and responsible, sustainable practices.
• Deliver short-term programmes, coordinating subcontractors while owning safety, wellbeing and quality outcomes.
• Champion a strong Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture across all site activities.
• Build effective client and design relationships, ensuring quality assurance through to final sign-off.
• Apply technical standards, enable continuous improvement, and support delivery of net zero outcomes.

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant construction qualification or equivalent, with recognised accreditation (e.g. CIOB).
• Proven experience managing large work packages within site-based roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations and programme delivery.
• Effective communicator with digital awareness, MEP understanding and leadership capability.
