Construction Manager Civil

• Manage end-to-end construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily site operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams.
• Monitor construction progress, manpower deployment, materials, equipment, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable building codes.
• Review technical drawings, construction methodologies, work schedules, and method statements.
• Manage civil, structural, and finishing works as applicable to the project.
• Identify site issues, resolve construction-related challenges, and minimize delays.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Coordinate testing, snagging, rectification, and final project handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–20 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Proven experience managing complete construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, site execution, planning, and project coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, materials, and construction schedules.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, safety procedures, and construction documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, as required.

Preferred: Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
