Construction Manager (CM)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily building construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction regulations.
• Resolve site issues and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in building construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, plans, and site operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
