CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (CM) – CONSTRUCTION SITE

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager (CM) to lead and manage construction site operations in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate must possess a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with valid PEC registration and a minimum of 12 years of relevant construction experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise overall construction site operations.
• Plan, organize, and execute construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Ensure construction quality and compliance with approved standards and specifications.
• Coordinate civil, structural, and finishing activities at the site.
• Manage manpower, construction materials, machinery, and other site resources.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Identify site issues, delays, and technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and site regulations.
• Review progress reports, site documentation, and work schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of work.
• Report project progress, resource requirements, and operational issues to senior management.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Valid PEC registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in construction site management and execution.
• Proven ability to manage site teams, contractors, manpower, and construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, quality control, project planning, and site safety.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
