Construction Manager

·           负责施工现场整体管理，组织施工计划，监督现场施工质量、安全及进度。

·           协调业主、监理、顾问及分包商，确保项目按计划推进。

·           组织施工资源配置，控制施工成本，提高施工效率。

·           监督现场安全管理，确保符合公司及当地法规要求。

·           及时解决施工过程中出现的技术及管理问题。

English:

·           Manage daily construction activities and supervise site operations to ensure quality, safety, and project schedule requirements are achieved.

·           Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

·           Plan and allocate construction resources efficiently while maintaining project costs within budget.

·           Ensure compliance with company policies and local safety regulations.

·           Resolve technical and site management issues promptly.

任职要求 | Requirements

中文：

·           土木工程、建筑工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

·           5年以上建筑施工现场管理经验，其中至少2年担任施工经理或同等管理岗位。

·           具有工业厂房、钢结构或数据中心项目管理经验者优先。

·           熟悉施工工艺、工程质量、安全管理及施工进度控制。

·           熟悉马来西亚建筑规范及相关法律法规者优先。

·           具备良好的组织协调能力、团队管理能力及沟通能力。

·           能熟练使用 Microsoft Office、Microsoft Project、AutoCAD 等办公及工程软件。

·           能以英语进行工作沟通，懂中文者优先。

English:

·           Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

·           Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, including at least 2 years in a Construction Manager or equivalent supervisory role.

·           Experience in industrial buildings, steel structures, or data center projects is highly preferred.

·           Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, safety management, and project scheduling.

·           Familiarity with Malaysian construction standards and regulations is an advantage.

·           Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

·           Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.

·           Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
