What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers
• Oversee construction activities across the region to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance, including BCA and QBCC requirements
• Support your team in resolving issues, managing trades, and enhancing site performance
• Drive continuous improvement, efficient workflows, and consistent construction outcomes
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams
• Contribute to Orbit Homes’ reputation for superior quality and customer experience

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager (residential preferred)
• Strong leadership capability — you build people, not just houses
• Excellent time management and the ability to work calmly under pressure
• A proactive approach with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and BCA requirements
• QBCC Supervisor Licence
• A strong work ethic and pride in delivering homes to a high standard
