Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall construction activities from mobilization through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Control construction costs and support effective budget management.
• Coordinate closely with the Client, Consultant, Project Management Team, and other stakeholders.
• Identify construction challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and applicable ADNOC standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Mandatory: Proven ADNOC project experience.
• Strong Mechanical Construction knowledge and hands-on site experience.
• Proven experience in construction team leadership and management.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, planning, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple construction activities and work effectively under pressure.
