Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise high-rise construction site operations.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, M&E, and finishing works.
• Resolve technical and site issues.
• Report project progress to management.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6–8 years’ construction experience, preferably in high-rise projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction, scheduling, cost control, contracts, and safety.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
