Construction Manager

• Manage and supervise overall construction activities at the project site.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and workers.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Ensure construction works are completed on time and within the approved budget.
• Review drawings, method statements, and technical requirements before execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
• Identify site issues, delays, and technical problems and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is carried out as per contract requirements.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, QS, Procurement, and other departments.
• Ensure proper site documentation, records, and approvals are maintained.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and cost-control activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline across the construction site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years of construction experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Knowledge of MS Office and project management software.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
