About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage retail fit-out and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, budget, and safety requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction, site execution, and turnover
• Plan and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and manpower
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Monitor retail fit-out and construction works to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress
• Ensure quality standards and health & safety requirements are followed
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and construction concerns
• Review materials, shop drawings, quotations, and work schedules
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 3 years of experience in construction and/or retail fit-out projects
• Strong project management and site supervision skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations
