Construction Manager

• Manage and oversee day-to-day site construction activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, construction schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Review construction drawings and technical specifications, and resolve site issues, technical queries, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, quality, and contractor performance.
• Identify project risks, delays, and construction issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, variation orders, permits, and inspection records.
• Participate in project coordination and site meetings, liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, with experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, quality control, safety regulations, and project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in BM and English.
