CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Department: Projects

Location: Abu Dhabi

Reports To: CEO / Operations Manager

Experience: Minimum 10 years in UAE/GCC construction projects

Role Purpose

Lead the successful delivery of construction projects by providing strategic leadership across planning, execution, commercial performance, quality, safety and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead multiple construction projects.
• Oversee Project Managers and Site Engineers.
• Allocate resources.
• Drive operational excellence.

Programme Management

• Monitor master programmes.
• Identify project risks.
• Develop recovery plans.
• Improve productivity.

Commercial Management

• Monitor project budgets.
• Review cost reports.
• Approve procurement requests.
• Control project expenditure.

Client Management

• Build client relationships.
• Attend executive meetings.
• Resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction.

Quality & Safety

• Drive HSE culture.
• Monitor QA/QC compliance.
• Lead project audits.

People Leadership

• Develop project teams.
• Coach engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews.
