Construction Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the overall construction of high-rise and vertical building projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and cost requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall construction of high-rise and vertical building projects
• Lead and coordinate project engineers, site personnel, subcontractors, and other project teams
• Plan and monitor project activities, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Supervise structural works, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables
• Review construction plans, methods, technical requirements, and project concerns
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards throughout the project
• Monitor project costs and resources and address delays, issues, and site concerns

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer is required
• Minimum 8–10 years of construction experience, preferably in high-rise or vertical projects
• Strong experience in structural and building construction
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects and project teams
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and quality and safety standards
• Willing to be assigned to project sites as required
