Construction Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against targets and identify potential issues for mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 9-20 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems installation & commissioning processes.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects involving complex engineering designs.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, coordination skills with ability to work under pressure.
