A background in design and/or construction is great, but that should not preclude other candidates from submitting their resumes as we also look for the ability to be very flexible and adaptive to new concepts and differing styles. We ultimately want team members who enjoy building relationships, self-motivation, and delivering strategic/creative solutions in a team atmosphere.

Artaic Group is seeking project managers to join the team. General responsibilities, based on level and experience may include:

· Schedule Development and Management.

· Contractor Procurement and Contract Management.

· Land Development.

· Construction Management.

· Team Coordination and Communication.

· Permitting Agency Approval Coordination.

· Change order and pay application reviews.

Qualifications

· Ideal candidates will have the following years of experience in the design/engineering and construction fields.

o Senior Project Manager: 10+ years

o Project Manager: 5 to 9 years

· Strong experience with land development and civil projects.

· Experience managing teams and success working in a team environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong experience with MS Office, and Construction Scheduling Software

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Willingness to Travel

· 25% (Preferred)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
