Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed plans, identify risks, and formulate contingency plans.
• Resources Management: Procure and manage materials, equipment and personnel.
• Site supervision: Oversee daily construction, ensure work quality and enforce safety regulations.
• Quality control: Implement quality control procedures and obtain necessary approvals.
• Cost control: Monitor the budget, review invoices and seek cost-saving opportunities.
• Communication and coordination: Serve as the main contact, organize meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
• Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain detailed project documents and submit required reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years or above post-qualification experience in site supervision
• Corporate Member of the CIOB / HKIE is a definite advantage.
• Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate is required.
• Solid knowledge with costing, contract, regulations and building/construction operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
