Role Description The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bataan, responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within Camaya Coast. This role manages day-to-day site operations, including supervising construction teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with design specifications. The Construction Manager monitors construction quality and safety practices, conducts regular site inspections, and implements corrective actions where needed. The role also involves preparing and reviewing project reports, tracking progress against milestones, managing resources and materials, and collaborating closely with project management, engineering, and design teams to support efficient project delivery. The Construction Manager serves as a key point of contact for stakeholders, helping to resolve site issues and maintain alignment with the overall development plan.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills to lead site personnel, coordinate contractors, and manage daily construction activities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control to plan, track, and optimize project expenditures.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations, with experience implementing safety programs and conducting safety audits.
• Hands-on experience in construction and project control, including scheduling, progress monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing mid- to large-scale residential or mixed-use developments, ideally within resort or coastal environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts, and to coordinate with designers and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Bataan full time.
