Construction Manager

Job Location: 2625 S. Washburn Street, Oshkosh, WI 54904

**Job Description:**Responsible for scheduling and managing all reconstruction activities on assigned projects.

Compensation: Salary Position with Competitive Benefits; Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan (up to 3% Company Match), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, YMCA Membership, Discounted Building Materials, Apparel/Vehicle/Tools/Phone and Training at no employee cost. Salary range is 50k-100k per year

**Hours:**40+ hours per week, M-F 7:30am – 4:30pm

Experience: Candidates must have a High School Diploma and/or G.E.D. and a minimum of three years of construction experience

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Generate Construction Schedules
• Communicate with Property Owners and Other Staff/MGMT (Schedules, Selections and Updates)
• Document Project Progress/Status
• Manage/Communicate with Subcontractors Vendors
• Review Work Orders and Manage Budgets
• Follow Construction Standards/Codes to Ensure Compliance
• Review Project Sites – Safety, Cleanliness & Quality Control Attend/Participate in Regular MGMT Meetings
