Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily construction activities at project sites.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site activities.
• Coordinate construction works with Mechanical, Electrical, Process and other disciplines.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors and ensure works follow approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC on inspections, testing and rectification works.
• Attend site coordination meetings and follow up on project progress and issues.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting senior management.

Requirements

·       Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

·       Proven experience in managing site construction activities, subcontractors and project teams.

·       Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety and quality requirements.

·       Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and related engineering software.

·       Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
