Construction Manager

About the Role:
PeakRidge Group is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee our commercial real estate development and building projects. You'll be the industry expert on-site, managing construction progress, trades, timelines, and budgets from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations across active commercial development projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, and timelines to keep projects on track
• Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and site staff
• Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal authorities as needed
• Track project costs and provide regular progress updates to leadership
• Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, or risks proactively
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management
• Commercial real estate development or construction experience required
• Strong working knowledge of the commercial construction industry — codes, permitting, trades, and standard project processes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple trades/subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort making on-site decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with standard project management and Microsoft Office tools
