CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

About the role

Manage the planning, design, and execution of engineering components of construction projects. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration. Oversee the implementation of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of engineering components of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
• Oversee the implementation of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Participate in the preparation of progress reports and cost estimates.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare the Construction Schedule with S-Curve as basis for the review of the Construction Schedule prepared by the General Contractor/Contractor for the approval of the Owner.

About you

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, specifically Construction Management or QS Team
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Experience with High Rise Projects
