Construction Manager

• Directs, monitor and control day-to-day construction activites, lead on-site meetings and supervises laborers, foreman and subcontractors.
• Track construction milestones against project plans and adjust daily schedulues to accomodate changes and to prevent delays.
• Enforce strict safety rules, construction standard and adherence to local regulations.
• Implement cost control risk management to mitigate variance / gap to project revenue.
• Coordinate delivery, storage and alocation of on-site materials, tools and heavy equipment.

Job Specification :

• Minimum Bachelor I (S1) degree of Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 - 10+ years of active on-site construct supervision or project coordination.
• 2 - 3+ years of practical experience as Site Supervisor / Project Engineer / Estimator
• Posses related construction certification like SKK or Ahli K3 Konstruksi Madya or Utama (Middle or Upper level) is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to interpret technical blueprints, manage large project budgets and monitor construction milestone / schedules.
