Construction Manager

• Construction Manager – Heavy Civil Earthworks

Location: Texas, USA

Candidates: Open to Worldwide

Candidates must already hold valid US work authorization that permits employment in the United States. Candidates must also be available to travel to the project location within 15 days.

• Construction Manager with strong site-based experience in heavy civil earthworks, mass grading and site preparation.

• Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in mass excavation, mass fill, cut & fill, grading and subgrade preparation.

• Experience with soil stabilization/lime treatment, flexible base, geogrid, geotextile and heavy haul roads.

• Experience managing site drainage, CSP culverts, stormwater controls and construction water management.

• Strong knowledge of erosion and sediment control, SWPPP and BMP maintenance.

• Working knowledge of TxDOT Item 247 and Item 260 and TCEQ stormwater requirements.

• Experience supervising earthwork crews, subcontractors, plant, equipment and daily site activities.

• Experience with QA/QC, compaction, proof-rolling, materials testing and survey control.

• Ability to monitor quantities, productivity, progress and construction quality.

• Experience working to strict client milestones and compressed construction schedules.

• Texas / US Gulf Coast heavy civil experience is strongly preferred.

• Willingness to work 60 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
