Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of residential housing projects from pre-construction through completion. The role will lead project execution, site operations, contractors, and project teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for residential housing projects.
• Lead and coordinate Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and overall site progress.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction issues and delays.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review project plans, technical documents, and construction methodologies.
• Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Implement quality control and ensure timely project turnover.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 5+ years of construction experience, preferably with significant experience in residential housing projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple residential construction projects or large-scale housing developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, and site management.
• Experience leading project teams and managing contractors/subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
