Construction Manager

Road and infra Requirements

• Manage and oversee the complete execution of road and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Supervise site activities related to roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, asphalt, paving, kerbstones, and related infrastructure works.
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, work programs, and technical documents.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and construction delays.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, local regulations, and project requirements.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling unnecessary expenditure.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, approvals, and project handover activities.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets contractual and project requirements.

Min Exp: 3 years

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
