Construction Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Conducts in-depth review of the projects and schedules deliverables, and estimate costs.
• Oversees all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance to governmental regulations.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Holds Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• With a professional license in the fields of Engineering, Architecture, and Construction Management.
• Has at least 8 years of proven experience in construction management.
• Has advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• Has working knowledge on laws and regulations applied in construction projects.
• Has high-level leadership and human resource management skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Sicogon Island

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
