Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager & Scheduler to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The office is a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail and ability to shift, focus and prioritize to meet the needs of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the construction side of the business
• Interact with builders and customers to schedule projects
• Schedule installation jobs - order materials, notify customers, etc.
• Oversee all aspects of construction jobs from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources as needed for projects
• Manage office personnel
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Help recruit new leads and grow the current business

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to learn and adapt in a very fast paced, ever changing environment
• Customer oriented - able to speak with builders, customers, contractors, etc.
• Work independently, complete tasks w/out reminders, follow-up on open items
• Own and take responsibility for tasks from beginning to completion
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
