Job Description

* Lead and manage building construction projects from planning and design through completion and handover.

* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources and overall project plans.

* Manage contractors, consultants and project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

* Monitor construction progress, quality, cost, safety and compliance with project requirements.

* Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve project issues and risks.

* Review project drawings, specifications, method statements and construction progress.

* Manage variations, claims, project risks and cost control.

* Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.

* Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

* Minimum 8–12 years of relevant construction/project management experience.

* At least 4–5 years of experience at Construction Manager / Project Manager level.

* Strong experience in building construction and property development projects.

* Proven experience managing contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.

* Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality and HSE.

* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple project priorities and work effectively under pressure.

* Experience in real estate/property development projects is highly preferred.
