Construction Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure work follows approved plans and specifications.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, engineers, and other project personnel.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, materials, and manpower.
• Ensure construction work meets quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Review construction plans, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Monitor project costs and help control expenses.
• Identify and resolve construction issues and delays.
• Ensure proper use and availability of construction materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, and applicable regulations.
• Lead the project team and ensure deadlines and project targets are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned in Sicogon Island

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
