About the role

Keystone People Solutions is recruiting, on behalf of a confidential client, for an experienced Construction Manager to lead delivery of a renewable energy project based in the Pilbara, WA. This is a hands on leadership role covering the project from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover, with full accountability for safety, programme, subcontractor management and commercial delivery on site.

Key responsibilities

• Leading all construction and site activities across the project lifecycle
• Owning project budgets, forecasts and productivity performance
• Administering contracts, variations, claims and extensions of time
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to hit programme and budget
• Coordinating procurement and long lead equipment needs
• Owning HSEQ compliance and safety leadership on site
• Chairing project meetings and reporting directly to the Director and client
• Overseeing commissioning, energisation and handover
• Mentoring Project Engineers and Supervisors

About you

• 7+ years in construction, infrastructure, electrical or renewable energy delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $10M
• WA Contractor A Grade Licence and current White Card
• Strong contract administration and commercial acumen
• Renewable energy, solar or utility scale EPC experience highly regarded
• Experience operating in remote or regional construction environments
