They are seeking a Construction Manager to drive small-scale civil infrastructure (roads, drainage, minor structures) surrounding commercial builds. You will manage site setup, track programs, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with DTMR and local council standards.

Supporting the Project Manager, your site-based responsibilities include:

• Procurement: Securing key subcontractors and material suppliers
• Programming: Managing daily schedules, project timelines, planning all resources plant, labour and subcontractors
• Quality Assurance: Oversighting QA management and compliance
• Site Supervision: Coordinate and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
• **Commercial & Cost:**Review progress claims, variations & monitor costs against budget
• Financials: Preparing accurate financial reports and forecasts
• Safety & Environment: Enforcing HSE standards on site

The successful applicant will bring 5+ years of local Australian civil infrastructure experience, with a proven track record in stormwater drainage, roads, and urban works. Solid exposure to DTMR or council project delivery is essential. Exceptional communication, 
planning skills, ability to motivate crews while driving & maintain productivity and a strong safety culture. Relevant Civil qualifications required.
