Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate overall site construction activities and project execution.
• Supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with the Project Director, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
• Review construction programs and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
• Identify and resolve technical, site, and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Monitor project costs and support effective resource and budget control.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and project handover activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and close-out of project works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in UAE building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site management.
• Experience in managing multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, HSE, and quality requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction/project management software.

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
