Construction Manager

Barq Al Mustaqbal Co. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Construction Manager (CM) to join our project team for the construction of a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP systems and construction management.
• Proven experience in STP / Wastewater Treatment Plant projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical equipment installation, piping, pumps, motors, instrumentation, control systems, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong capability in coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, MEP, instrumentation, and subcontractor activities.
• Experience working with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, method statements, ITPs, QA/QC, HSE requirements, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Saudi Arabia / GCC project experience is preferred.
