Construction Manager

Job Summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities and coordinate contractors, vendors, and project teams. This position supports project execution from planning through completion while maintaining focus on schedule, quality, safety, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and site operations.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress.
• Review construction plans, drawings, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and track quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and construction resources.
• Identify project issues and communicate solutions to project leadership.
• Maintain accurate project records and progress reports.
• Promote compliance with site safety procedures and applicable requirements.

Requirements

• Previous construction management experience required.
• Experience coordinating commercial, industrial, or data center construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and project priorities.
• Proficiency with standard construction and project management software.
