تعلن شركة مقاولات عن حاجتها إلى مدير إنشاءات (Construction Manager) ذو خبرة وكفاءة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، وقيادة المشاريع وضمان تنفيذها وفق أعلى معايير الجودة وفي الوقت المحدد.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة ومتابعة مشاريع المقاولات من البداية حتى التسليم.
• الإشراف على المهندسين والمشرفين والمقاولين وفرق العمل.
• متابعة التنفيذ وفق المخططات والمواصفات والجدول الزمني.
• التنسيق مع المالك والاستشاري والمقاولين والموردين.
• متابعة الجودة والسلامة وتقدم الأعمال وحل المشكلات.
• إدارة الموارد والتكاليف وضمان الالتزام بخطة المشروع.
• إعداد تقارير تقدم الأعمال ومتابعة التسليم النهائي.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة 5–7 سنوات في مجال المقاولات داخل دولة الإمارات، ويفضل خبرة قوية في مشاريع دبي.
• خبرة سابقة في منصب مدير إنشاءات أو مدير مشروع أو منصب إداري مشابه.
• خبرة قوية في إدارة المواقع والمشاريع الإنشائية.
• معرفة جيدة بالمخططات والمواصفات وأساليب التنفيذ.
• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية وتواصل ممتازة.
• القدرة على التعامل مع الاستشاريين والملاك والمقاولين.
• مؤهل جامعي في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Construction Manager –

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to join our contracting company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE construction experience and proven ability to lead projects, site teams, subcontractors, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workforce.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, resources, costs, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Resolve site and technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare and review progress reports and ensure timely project handover.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of construction experience in the UAE, preferably with strong Dubai experience.
• Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and Dubai authority requirements.
