Construction Manager

• Site Execution Leadership: Lead on-site construction operations covering structural concrete, blockwork, internal/external finishes, and external works.

• Labor & Plant Optimization: Plan and deploy direct labor crews, general foremen, and heavy machinery to maximize site productivity and prevent downtime.

• Logistics & Access Coordination: Manage site logistics, tower crane schedules, material laydown yards, and site vehicular access routes.

• Subcontractor Supervision: Supervise subcontractor packages, ensuring work conforms to approved shop drawings, method statements, and schedules.

• Quality & Pre-Inspection: Conduct preliminary quality checks prior to raising formal Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) to consultants.

• Site HSE Implementation: Ensure mandatory safety briefings, toolbox talks, permit-to-work systems, and PPE enforcement across all crews.

• Field Problem Resolution: Resolve day-to-day site technical queries, inter-trade interferences, and construction coordination hurdles.

• Daily Reporting: Review and submit daily manpower, machinery, and production logs to the Project Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested with equivalency & MOFA); 12+ years of field construction management.

• Preferred Qualifications: Leadership certifications; specialized training in scaffolding, heavy lifting, or concrete technology.

• Professional Licenses / Certifications: Valid UAE Driving License.

• Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience: 12–16 years with Tier-1 UAE civil contractors managing multi-story high-rises, gated communities, or extensive villa schemes.
