Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager – Civil with 15+ years of overall experience, including minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in PEB Structures, High-Rise Building Projects, and Government/CPWD Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall civil construction activities from execution to completion.
• Handle PEB structure erection, high-rise building construction, RCC and structural works.
• Manage residential, commercial and institutional construction projects.
• Experience in Government/CPWD projects and coordination with government authorities is required.
• Monitor contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams to ensure project progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and construction procedures.
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor project planning, progress, manpower, materials and resources.
• Coordinate with PMC, client, consultants, architects and MEP teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Review measurements, quantities, BOQs and contractor bills as required.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and site records.

Mandatory Experience

• 15+ years of total experience in civil construction.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience in PEB Structures.
• Experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
• Experience in Government / CPWD Projects.
• Experience in Residential & Commercial Projects.
• Strong experience in construction execution, contractor management and site coordination.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory

Preferred Profile: Candidates who have handled large-scale institutional, government, high-rise, residential/commercial and PEB construction projects with strong site execution and project-management experience.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
