Construction Manager
Project: New Build Construction
Location: Batu Ferringhi
Employment Type: Contract (12–24 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor construction schedules and productivity.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of site construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.
- Experience in new-build projects is mandatory.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
