Construction Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and up to code — while managing teams, subcontractors, and client relationships on site.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre-bidding, permitting, and site supervision across all trades
• Prepare daily reports, photo documentation, and progress updates
• Assist with quality control checks and report site/design issues
• Track variation orders and coordinate subcontractor/supplier timelines
• Maintain BOQs, spec sheets, and project schedules
• Support purchasing, logistics, and document management for client submissions
• Assist with cost estimation, take-offs, and rate build-ups
• Maintain supplier and material cost database
• Attend and document coordination meetings; draft project update reports
• Provide administrative and technical support to PMs and engineers

About you

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
