Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Specialized Construction Manager to lead complex high-rise building projects with extensive concrete work components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering fast-track construction projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of high-rise construction projects from mobilization through final handover.
• Manage concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, pouring, curing, and related activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple work fronts using parallel scheduling techniques.
• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Implement fast-track construction methodologies where design and construction activities overlap.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, productivity, quality, and HSE compliance.
• Resolve technical and site issues promptly to maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, construction regulations, specifications, and permit requirements.
• Review technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate civil, structural, MEP, architectural, and finishing activities.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7–10 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete structures and major concrete works.
• Proven experience in fast-track construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, sequencing, and managing multiple work fronts.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of Saudi construction codes, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
